Mr. Mohammad Tareq Al Thaqeb brings nearly 20 years of extensive investment experience across the real estate and broader investment sectors, both within Kuwait and internationally — including the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the GCC, and Asia.

He has successfully managed assets exceeding USD 1.75 billion, covering the full investment lifecycle: from setting investment strategies and criteria, sourcing and structuring opportunities, and managing real estate assets, to executing successful exit strategies. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial modelling, and investment team leadership.

Mr. Al Thaqeb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Institutions from Kuwait University, and has completed several executive programs and certifications from globally renowned institutions such as UC Berkeley, INSEAD, Oxford, and Harvard. 

He began his career at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) within the International Real Estate Department – Investment Sector, where he advanced through multiple roles before joining KFH Capital Investment Company, the investment arm of KFH, continuing his progression in the real estate investment domain. Subsequently, he joined Rasameel Investment Company to lead the Alternative Investments Department, where he promoted to the position of Senior Vice President – Alternative Investments.

Mr. Al Thaqeb has also served on the boards and committees of several real estate and investment companies, including Abyar Qatar Real Estate Development Company and Aref Investment Group.

He is recognized for his strategic thinking, relationship management skills, and strong commitment to Sharia-compliant investment practices.
