  Mr. Jamal Abdullah Al-Saleem has joined PHC in 2003.
  
  He is also a Board Member of Kuwait Investment Company (KIC), Strategia Investment Company and Kuwait International Fair Company and Vice Chairman of Kingdom Electricity Company - Jordan.
  
  Prior to that, Mr. Al-Saleem has more than 27 years of extensive experience of working with governmental and banking institutions.
  
  Mr. Al-Saleem holds Master of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma University, USA; along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kuwait University that was awarded in 1980.

  Mr. Ahmed Rashed Al-Waheab joined PHC in 2005.
  
  Prior to that. Mr. Al-Waheab was the Administration Manager in Kuwait Cable Vision Company and earlier in Kuwait Fund for Arab Economics Development. as the Head of Arab Countries Division and later he became the Head of Training & Technical Development Department.
  
  He also worked as board member in Cooperative work. He is the Vice Chairman of Global Projects Holding Company.
  
  Mr. Al-Waheab holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from San Jose State University, California in USA in 1985.

  Ms. Laila has joined PHC in 2007.
  
  Ms. Laila has over 15 years’ experience in Business development, projects development, and project management; contracting and services sectors. Ms. Laila Abbas experience covered the entire project cycle, entailing the preparation of feasibility studies, investment analysis, Financing, development, planning, procurement, implementation and control.
  
  She also has over 7 years’ experience in Operation & Maintenance Management (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) in Electricity and Water sectors. Ms. Laila is representing PHC as a Vice Chairman of Gas & Oilfield Services Company “GOFSCO”; and she is representing NIG as a Vice president of CNICE.
  
  Ms. Laila holds B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Leeds University and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from Maastricht Business School Netherland.
