Mr.Waleed Khaled Alyaseen is a results-driven finance and investment professional with over 20 years of experience across Kuwait's foremost financial institutions. His career spans investment management, financial planning and analysis, corporate structuring, and multi-asset portfolio oversight built on a foundation of rigorous analysis, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership.

Currently serving as VP – Investment at Privatization Holding Company, Waleed leads investment strategy, opportunity evaluation, Investments restructuring, and portfolio oversight, drawing on a career-long track record of disciplined investment decision-making across multiple asset classes and industries.

Prior to his current role, Waleed served as Manager of the Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis Unit at Touristic Enterprises Company, where he directed enterprise-wide budgeting, performance reporting, feasibility studies, and cash flow management across the company's diverse portfolio of facilities, projects, and departments.

Earlier, Waleed founded and managed Sadeem Technical Commercial Company, directing private equity investments and financial operations for nearly a decade. His institutional career also includes senior investment roles at Kuwait Finance House, KFH Investment Company, and the Kuwait Investment Authority where he developed deep expertise in M&A, and valuation modelling, risk assessment, and direct investment analysis for nearly a decade too.

A Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Technical Analyst (CTA), Waleed holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University, Pennsylvania, USA, and has completed thru (Kuwait Investment Authority Training Programme and Kuwait Finance House Training Programme) over 56 professional training courses across finance, investment, and leadership disciplines.

Hanouf Abdulaziz Al-Jassar

VP HR & Administration

Ms. Hanouf Abdulaziz Al-Jassar is a professional with extensive experience in the field of administrative work and human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kuwait University in 1999. She started her career working at Al-Ahlia Insurance Company, where she worked during the period from 1999 to 2004, during which she gained distinguished practical experience in the field of insurance and management.

After that, she worked at the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she served as the Head of the Training and Development Department during the period from 2004 to 2018, and effectively contributed to the development of institutional work and enhancing the efficiency of performance.

Ms.Hanouf is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at PHC since 2018, where she continues to take a leadership role in developing HR strategies and enhancing the corporate work environment

Reena Clara Crasta

VP-Finance

Mrs. Reena Clara Crasta is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of broad experience spanning trading, operations, and investment sectors. Having joined the organization in 2006, she was appointed Vice President of Finance in 2016, a testament to her consistent leadership and expertise.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Crasta has held a series of senior roles across the finance and industrial sectors, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate complex financial environments and drive strategic outcomes.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, USA) and holds the CFA Level 1 designation, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Management from Indian University

Waleed Naif Hamad

AVP Compliance

In 2018, Mr. Waleed Hamad joined PHC as a Compliance Manager where he ensures comprehensive alignment with regulatory bodies. He serves as a primary liaison for regulatory authorities to oversee timely corporate disclosures and statutory adherence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) and maintains professional qualifications in Capital Market Authority Rules and Regulations. 

He was in-charge of several major internal audit assignment in different sectors. With over a decade of experience in corporate governance and internal audit.
