PHC is regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) and Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI) in Kuwait.

 Privatization Holding Company "PHC" pursuant to its registration at Kuwait Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and by virtue of being a listed company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) abide by all laws and regulations issued by respective governmental agencies in Kuwait related to Anti Money Laundering (AML).
